Lancel dedicated a handbag to the legendary style icon Brigitte Bardot, who joins a long list of impressive women whose names were eternalised in small leather goods. Only there will be no animals hurt in the making of this bag, as it only makes sense that a Brigitte Bardot bag is made of 100% organic tweed. Echo chic has never been chicer.
The bag was designed by Leonello Borghi, the new Artistic Director of Lancel, with the help of Bardot herself, and it is loosely (o.k heavily) based on Lancel’s classic “First Flirt” bag.
