John Galliano created a mesmerizing botanical garden on the runway and the shoes, an integral part of the spectacle, looked like vine tendrils twining around the feet of the models.
Chanel had a wide array of differently colored and embroidered slouchy booties to support the outfits.
In Gaultier’s show all the models were wearing a type of turban head piece, some had über chic cigarette mouthpieces (I’m sorry, but smoking IS cool) and rather mundane, albeit stylish, shoes.
The Valentino show went towards a more minimal approach. All the models were wearing kitten heel mules, some paired with leather socks.
But in Armani Privé, the models were perhaps most accessorized. Here we have a vast number of different bags, buttons, belts and pumps. Oh my!
