Sasha Pivovarova stars in Thomas Wylde's latest Spring 2011 campaign. About a month ago we've got a single image preview but now we get to see the whole campaign. Photographed by Greg Kadel and styled by Maryam Malakpour the campaign showcases (among other things) an oversize skull clasp bag and a burgundy on white print that we've immediately put on our wanted list!
The model and sometimes actress Audrey Marnay is the new face of Longchamp. Photographed by Patrick Demarchelier, Marnay appears in the new Longchamp Spring 2011 campaign images, thus replacing Sasha Pivovarova who appeared in Longchamp campaigns for the past two seasons.
Following the very modern and chic campaigns starring first Kate Moss then Sasha Pivovarova in seasons past, both the new campaign images and Audrey Marnay look very dowdy and unappealing. And from Marnay's long list of modeling stints (Versace, Vogue among the few) we know she is anything but. So the fault must be with the creative. Let's hope for a total makeover for Fall 2011.

The new Thomas Wylde Spring 2011 campaign features the model Sasha Pivovarova as photographed by Greg Kadel. With messy hair and a dangerous look in her eyes, Pivovarova perfectly captures the essence of Thomas Wylde - luxury rock-n-roll-chic.
Another round of Spring 2011 ad campaign images has been revealed this morning.

Celine went into a bizarre sporty direction featuring the model Daria Verbowy and a skateboard photographed by Juergen Teller.
Michael Kors replaced Carmen Kass and cold New York streets from Fall 2010 campaign with Karmen Pedaru and a sunny California location for Spring 2011 campaign as photographed by Mario Testino.
For now we get only a small preview of the Alberta Ferretti Spring 2011 ad campaign starring Sasha Pivovarova and photographed by Paolo Roversi.
Giorgio Armani Spring 2011 runway show showed an exquisitely chic and romantic night-blue collection inspired by the Sahara. Not a small part of the look was of course the turban. And while many other designers also incorporated turbans into their Spring 2011 runway looks, Giorgio Armani didn't forgo the turban when time came to style his Spring 2011 ad campaign.
The turban is nothing new in fashion and yet as a trend it never reaches critical mass and only the bravest and chicest dear to wear it every few years. It takes a lot of confidence to pull one off, but when you do - it takes the look to a whole new level.

The first image of Miu Miu Spring 2011 starring Kasia Struss was released today.
Photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, so far the red hue styling very much reminds of two previous Miu Miu spring campaigns - Spring 2009 starring Katie Holmes also shot my Mert and Marcus and Spring 1998 starring Zora Star shot by Glen Luchford.
Images of Querelle Jansen and Sasha Pivovarova who also appear in the campaign are to come next.

With Kate Moss concentrating on her own collaboration with Longchamp, the model Sasha Pivovarova returns to Longchamp for the second season this year, shot, again, by David Sims. It is very much continuing the clean minimalist aesthetic established in the S/S 2010 ad campaign, this time, in cooler and darker tones. And just like with the S/S campaign - feels a bit catalog-ish.
