Louis Vuitton collaborated with Pippa Cunningham, an English artist, on three distinctive tropical prints for their Summer 2011 Ailleurs beach collection.

Guinevere Van Seenus In Vogue China April 2011 Editorial “Full Metal Glamour”
Miu Miu, Marc Jacobs, Reef Krakoff, Louis Vuitton. What do these have in common? They all featured metallics in their Spring 2011 collections in the most uncommon ways. Model Guinevere Van Seenus was photographed by Josh Olins for Full Metal Glamour - an editorial set to appear on the pages of next month's Vogue China (April 2011).
Browse the editorial to see modern and minimalist use of metallic materials by Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, Rag & Bone, Reed Krakoff, Burberry Prossum, Miu Miu, Marc Jacobs, Rodarte, Alexander Wang and 3.1 Phillip Lim.
Lady Gaga In Vogue March 2011 Cover And Editorial Finaly In High-Res
Vogue finally released the high-resolution images of Lady Gaga Vogue March 2011 cover and editorial, both photographed by Mario Testino. By featuring who Vogue consider to be a cutting edge artist they allowed themselves to feature the more original (and gorgeous) designers as well. I'm absolutely delighted to see looks by Haider Ackermann, Alexander McQueen, Hussein Chalayan and Louis Vuitton in the editorial, with Ackermann getting the cover.
Women probably shouldn't say things like this about other women, but you really can't photoshop someone pretty, can you? Vogue cleaned her up and dressed her up, but even they couldn't infuse grace, poise, allure or any other type of appealing quality into her blank face.
I choose to concentrate on the positive though ...

Louis Vuitton Spring 2011 Jewelry Lookbook Modeled By ‘It’ Girls
Instead of using models, for Louis Vuitton Spring 2011 jewelry lookbook, sixteen faces to watch, in other words It girls, were chosen to model the 60's inspired jewelry.
In the mix we have the actresses - Nathalie Love, Lina Esco, Hailey Gates and Rinko Kikuchi, the Rolling Stones royalty aspiring model Alexandra Richards and the occasional aristocrat Miss Mary Charteris. From DJ's, to TV presenters, to party girls, this bunch sure is ... talented.
Abbey Lee Kershaw Declared The New Supermodel By V Magazine
Abbey Lee Kershaw was styled as a 70's icon in a forthcoming V Magazine 'A is for Abbey' editorial. Photographed by Sebastian Faena, she wears pieces by Yves Saint Laurent, Louis Vuitton, Versus, Burberry Prorsum, Salvatore Ferragamo and a huge 70's appropriate bleached hairdo.
"Great models aren’t made overnight. In fact, 23-year-old Australian Abbey Lee Kershaw has been rising through the ranks for years. This season, however, undoubtedly belongs to her. Meet fashion’s new supermodels at her most super," declares V Magazine. And I tend to agree.
Spring 2011 Campaigns Roundup: Versace, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Chanel And 13 More
Take a look at the established brands' Spring 2011 campaigns from the likes of Prada, Versace, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Marc Jacobs, Dior, Fendi, Dolce & Gabanna, Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani, Miu Miu, Salvatore Ferragamo, Givenchy and Valentino.
Some were better than others. My personal favorites are Givenchy and Bottega Veneta. The two are worlds apart as far as styling goes, but very intriguing and eye-catching without being banal or tacky. The absolute worst has to be Marc Jacobs.
While we are waiting to see ad campaigns of the more contemporary brands, tell me who are your best and worst?
Louis Vuitton Resort 2011 Ad Campaign
A few weeks ago we got to see the first image from Louis Vuitton Resort 2011 ad campaign and now the full campaign is finally out. While everyone is preoccupied with creating the most edgy Spring 2011 campaign (ok, maybe not everyone), Louis Vuitton Resort 2011 campaign takes us to a whole other place and a whole other time. Place, European Mediterranean. Time, 1960.
Marc Jacobs Honored At 2010 FIAF Trophée des Arts
Marc Jacobs' work for Louis Vuitton did not go unnoticed by the French and so last Thursday he was honored with the Trophée des Arts award for his contribution to French fashion by French Institute Alliance Française (FIAF). The 2010 FIAF Trophée des Arts award was presented to him by Anna Wintour.
Jacobs said of the win, "I’m lucky to have this great job at Louis Vuitton. I can’t put [what I love about Paris] into one thing. It’s an ephemeral feeling, I feel happy and comfortable there. It’s the physical city, the lifestyle, the wine, the art."
Since 1992, each year the French Institute Alliance Française (FIAF) chooses an American honoree who contributes to the French culture thus bringing the French ...
