These days Catherine Malandrino is very busy woman. On her do to list there’s planning her Spring/Summer 2011 runway show next month, putting final touches on her Fashion’s Night Out festivities, and as it now appears, finishing up the first Lacoste + Malandrino collection. Incidentally, this is Lacoste’s first designer collaboration.

The line even has it’s own logo; seeing how the deal secures at least 4 collections. Wanting to infuse more femininity into it, Malandrino and Lacoste have come up with a yellow and a green crocodiles kissing.

In the collection you will find items like a pleated bustier dress, a draped day dress, a hooded cocoon cardigan, croc inspired shoes and bags. All within the price range of $125 to $495.

The first collection will hit the stores next April and will be available in all Malandrino’s boutiques and Lacoste’s stores.
