Granted it will be below the 52nd st mark, on fifth and 47th st, the store is still something to be in awe of. WWD reports that the new store will be a three-story glass atrium, dispersing over 13,000 square feet.
It sure won’t be lonely, below 52nd st, too. Guess’ neighbors are going to be Saks Fifth Avenue, Aldo, Coach, H&M, Kenneth Cole, Benetton, American Girl Place, Ann Taylor and Banana Republic. Oh, and Paul Marciano, vice chairman and chief executive officer, promises voluptuous mannequins!
